To celebrate Equal Pay Day 2014, The American Association of University Women hosts an (un)happy hour. The day marks how far into the new year a woman must work to earn the equivalent a man makes in 2013 alone. Lilly Ledbetter was present after visiting the White House for President Obama's signing of two Executive orders for Equal Pay.
