[giggling] Fruit is delicious and refreshing.

But pizza is delicious too, one of America's favorite foods.

What would happen if we mixed them together?

Today I'm going to teach you how to make your own mini fruit pizzas.

Here's what you'll need-- assorted fruit.

I used blueberries and strawberries-- 1/3 cup of granulated sugar, a cupcake tin, one 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract, some sugar cookie dough, a rubber spatula, and one 8-ounce package of cream cheese.

First, preheat your oven to 375 degrees.

I already did that, so I'm going to move on to Step 2.

Next, break up your sugar cookie dough and put it evenly throughout the cupcake tin.

Make sure you pinch the edges so it looks like a pizza crust.

After you've spread your cookie dough all over the cupcake tin, it's ready to go in the oven for about 14 minutes.

Be careful.

This could be hot.

While the crusts are cooking, let's make our cream cheese spread.

You're going to add in your 1/3 cup of sugar and your one 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract.

Then you're going to use your rubber spatula to mix it.

You can ask an adult to help you, if you want.

After you mix it well, it should look like this.

Instead of pizza sauce, we're using yummy, yummy, yummy cream cheese frosting.

Mmm.

After you let your sugar cookie crust bake and let it cool for about 15 minutes, it's time to add the frosting.

Make sure to be creative with your fruit toppings.

This looks yummy!

(RAPPING) After you spread the cream cheese on your crust, blueberries and strawberries are a must.

The toppings are so fresh, but my lyrics are fresher.

I can make this so easy without any pressure.
