- When I first joined in season six, Larry had his eye on Miss Scott, and Miss Scott was like, "Oh, I'm so sorry.

- But at the same time, just had this growing friendship, which we've both really loved, haven't we?

- Yeah.

- Milk and one sugar, if you would.

- And then season nine comes along.

- We're undercover.

- You just do what you'd normally do on a night out.

- What we find out is that off camera, Larry and Miss Scott have slept together.

- You all right?

Too many beers last night, was it?

- No, no, just... - It does kind of come out of left field, doesn't it?

In a way, which I think sometimes in life, things like that do.

- You two?

- There's quite a nice truth to that, and actually then what do they do post that situation?

'Cause things have changed, things are skewed now.

- He's sweet, but it was a mistake.

He'll understand.

- Jennifer.

- Oh God.

- Would you do me the honor?

- Don't you dare finish that sentence.

- So you don't want to marry me.

- Well, to the point, you don't want to marry me.

- [Melissa] I think for the first time, we just see this vulnerability with Miss Scott.

She's got such a front, you know, I'm going on dates and I've got great one-liners, and I'm feisty, and I'm witty and suddenly to kind of open up to Larry and say, no, it's not about me not wanting to marry you.

I know you are just proposing to me because you think that you have to marry me now.

- We'd have killed each other before we made it down the aisle.

There's a Mrs. Peters out there, and she's beautiful and clever and not quite as obstinate as me.

- You're not obstinate.

- Yes I am.

- No you're not.

- [Melissa] But they kind of continue to bubble away throughout series nine.

- What's gonna happen next?

I think neither of them know, but they're both aware that something is going to happen.

- Push this against it hard, hard!

- Larry.

I'm sending help.

- [Melissa] When he returns, he's alive and seeing him walk through the door just allows her to go I think you're the person that I might wanna be with.

- Seize the day, boss.

- [Bradley] This series in particular, we've gone the whole spectrum.

Are they friends?

Is there something more at stake?

Are they romantically involved?

Or by the end of the season, is it even more than that?

Is there love?
