You guys know I like inclement w U.S.
Senator Amy Klobuchar has a well-establi on the Democratic National scene and back home in Minnesota.
In Minnesota, we love a dad in plaid.
Royce White, the hero again.
Professional basketball player R White from Minnesota is also wel in the sports world and for cont as a Republican candidate.
If you're wondering about the ac that Royce spent campaign funds at a strip club.
Listen, he has a very clear explanation Your claim is there were filings which said you spent campaign funds at a st but they were in no way.
No, they didn't say that I spent the funds at a strip clu Let's say they didn't say that I spent the funds on strippers.
But it was spent at a strip club Well, a strip club has, they sell food at the strip club They recently squared off in a debate on WCCO radio.
My opponent has said that the bad guys won in World W That's a quote from this year wh that there were no good guys in World War II.
The Russians were a communist re a totalitarian communist regime that saw 20 million Chris under their rule there in Russia So definitively they were bad guys, in my opinio Not only that, but we did incorp Nazi scientists into our militar and our academic institutions after World War II.
You've completed what I think is and only debate of the campaign.
What did you think?
This current debate, I wasn't surprised by any of his positions.
He's way out there on a number o He's does a podcast and so he tries to be provocativ White has fought within his own as the endorsed candidate.
He hasn't seen as much mainstrea Republican support.
His campaign did not respond to our repeated requests for an but he has been public about his and battle with anxiety.
Finding the bravery and the humi and practicing the honesty of sharing your struggles with o is is nothing but a sign of matu One of the reasons I did the deb You never have to do a debate, and some people choose not to do in Senate races.
There have been a number of Sena across the country this cycle, and in the last few years where people actually didn't do because they were ahead or they they didn't have to, I think.
Yeah.
So why do this one?
I think it's important for democ The average of the polls in the Senate race show Senator Klobuch with a double digit lead.
Some polls have showed them within about six percentage poin but she usually wins by large ma Is this the closest race you'll I don't know that at all.
I think that it was important fo to get to know Royce Whites vie Is there less ticket splitting, Could this election prove in Min theres less ticket splitting?
I think you do see some of that going on, but I am number one for bipartisan bills in the U.S. Senate.
Did Donald Trump lose Minnesota It would appear so.
Yeah, it would appear so.
But I can't be sure.
And I don't think that that's dangerous to say.
Why is it okay that Amy and and both have been open in public in questioning the security?
Look, your average voter machine has a chain of custody that doesn't even equal up to yo slot machine at a at a local cas What I'm focused on there is election denial and my fight for years to have these backup paper ballo because you never know if there' some attempt from a foreign powe to get into our system, the backup paper ballots, or if there's a close election like we've had in the past in Mi by a couple hundred votes, having those backup paper ballots is important.
I don't like it on either side.
If the Republicans win and they say the elections are s and we haven't solved those issu Ill stand right up there in the Senate and say, don't play this If we haven't solved the electio security issues, we need to solv Any sort of partisan bending of the narrative to try and sile Americans or quell their concerns is un-American, and it borders on being unconsti because it is freedom of speech.
Senator Klobuchar, did Donald Trump win 2020 Minnesota?
No, he did not.
And I just want to quote my oppo exact words.
He said, I think he Trump won the electio I'm just going to go right out a I think he won the 2020 election I think there was fraud.
I think there's a lot of proof there was fraud.
I never said that I didn't think Donald Trump lost the 2020 election in genera I was asked if he lost Minnesota Certainly people that I know personally felt very differently about Donald Trump than they do and for good reason.
I think a lot of people, especia men 18 to 44, which they're panicking about, see, the Americ First policy approach is prudent I'm chairing the inauguration, no matter who wins.
Speaking the inaugural, which you just talked about.
You could have a longtime friend and fellow Minnesotan out in D.C serving with you.
Tim was probably a surprise choi for a lot of the country, but a very good, positive, solid
